Frequently asked questions about PrestaShop customisation

All questions and answers

Which customisations to PrestaShop are possible?

From small design changes and new product filters and variants to custom modules and interfaces to the ERP system. We clarify in advance what can be solved with existing modules and where custom development makes more sense.

Will my customisations be kept during updates?

Yes, if they are implemented correctly. We work with child themes, overrides and our own modules instead of changes to the core, so that later updates don't overwrite your customisations.

How does a customisation work with you?

You describe your request, we check the technical implementation and give you a fixed price. It is implemented on a test environment first, and the change only goes into the live shop after your approval.

Can you also adapt existing modules from other developers?

In most cases, yes. We look at the existing code and tell you openly whether an adaptation makes sense or whether replacing the module would be the better solution.
